Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions are displayed in the purchase of goods from Stayhot AB, org no: 556909-6737 (below: Stayhot), unless otherwise agreed in writing between the customer and Stayhot.
Stayhot welcomes private customers, companies, schools, municipalities and authorities. To shop at Stayhot as a private individual, you must be over 18 or have the approval of an attorney.
All prices displayed on en.stayhot.se are in Euros (€). Through an active choice you as a customer can choose prices including or exclusive of VAT. All purchases for individuals include VAT (25%).
Orders can be made via our e-commerce site www.stayhot.se, via e-mail ([email protected]) or by phone +46 8 35 79 15.
For all orders, this agreement is established between you as customer and us (Stayhot) as supplier. When ordering, you as a customer always receive an order confirmation.
Stayhot accepts the following payment methods through Klarna, which holds SSL certificates for card payments:
We cooperate with Klarna Bank AB, which pays an invoice payment service. This means that your debt towards us is transferred to Klarna, and that your invoice comes from Klarna AB. The invoice is sent only by e-mail. Payment terms are 14 days net after the order was sent from us. The maximum amount for private individuals is € 1000. In case of delayed payment, the reminder fee and interest on late payments will be paid according to Klarnas applicable conditions.
Card payments are also handled by Klarna, which is in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). No card information is handled by us at Stayhot. When you make your purchase, the relevant amount is held in the account, but the money is never withdrawn until we send goods.
Klarna Account is Klarna's service for partial payments, so you can collect all your purchases in an account with Klarna. At the end of each month, a single invoice will be sent to your account. You can choose different installment times. The credit amount is charged with interest by Klarna.
Delivery & Freight
We charge 25 € (31,25 € including VAT) to deliver goods for orders up to 100 € (125 € including VAT) in total value to addresses within Europe. We charge 50 € (62,5 € including VAT) to deliver goods for orders between 100 € (125 € including VAT) and 1000 € (1250 € including VAT) in total value to addresses within Europe. We charge 150 € (187,5 € including VAT) to deliver goods for all orders above 1000 € (1250 € including VAT) in total value to addresses within Europe.
Price for selected shipping options are shown at the checkout. Any potential shipping information is sent by mail by SMS or e-mail. As a customer you are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and Stayhot cannot take responsibility for a missed delivery due to an incorrect entered address. For unclaimed or refused shipments, the customer is billed 250 € (exclusive of VAT) to cover delivery and handling costs.
Our motto is to send your delivery the same day or the day after ordering. For any potentially delayed deliveries, Stayhot will contact you as a customer according to the information specified when ordering. The buyer / customer is always entitled to cancel the purchase at no charge in case of delay (does not apply to service or product specially adapted or acquired by customer).
Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days and Stayhot repays the order amount. The refund amount is repaid no later than 14 days after received return. You as a customer are responsible for the payment of return shipping and for the transport risk. Stayhot offers to send the customer a prepaid return shipping slip, and when using this, 25 € (31,25 € including VAT) is extracted from your refund total. Stayhot har rätt att på återbetalat belopp göra avdrag för varans värdeminskning. Detta sker om varan har hanterats mer än nödvändigt för att fastställa varans egenskap eller funktion. Outlösta paket omfattas inte av ångerrätt. Specialbeställda eller specialtillverkade produkter tas ej i retur.
Complaints & Claims
If a product is faulty, defective or stops working, we obviously want to rectify this. When you receive your delivery, please check the contents right away. If something is wrong with the delivery, please contact us within 7 days. In case of return and replacement goods, we are responsible for the shipping cost. Refund is due within 30 days. To lodge a claim on a product, first contact Stayhot, preferably by e-mail to [email protected]
For returns not due to errors by Stayhot AB, 95% of the invoiced amount is refunded and return shipping is paid by the customer. Returned items must be in original condition and with original packaging.
Disputes should primarily be resolved directly between Stayhot and the customer. Stayhot undertakes to comply with any recommendation from the National Board for Consumer Complaints in the event of a dispute.
Unless otherwise stated: 1 year warranty and 2 years warranty for private individuals. One-year warranty for business purchases. Please note that other rules for warranty and business claims apply. Companies receive only the warranty provided by the manufacturer. In these cases, the warranty period may vary slightly from manufacturer to manufacturer. Companies also have no right of complaint beyond the warranty granted by the manufacturer.
Installation and assembly instructions are included with all our products. 3-phase machines may lack connectors and should be installed by a qualified electrician. For an additional fee, we at Stayhot can prepare products with relevant connectors when ordering if special notice of this is done.
Product Images & Colours
Colours in product images should only be considered as approximate representations of the actual colour. Colours can be experienced differently between different displays. Therefore, misleading colour is not accepted as a reason for complaint, but instead falls under the right of withdrawal.
Stayhot collects personal information when you place an order. The information collected may include name, address, billing and contact details, and credit information. The information is used to complete and follow orders and for dispatch.
Stayhot does not disclose personal information to third parties unless required by law, to cooperate with law enforcement authorities or to maintain or protect Stayhot's contract rights. The data is protected in accordance with established security mechanisms, e.g. SSL.
In circumstances beyond Stayhot's control, for example, but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, work conflict, new arrivals or amended legislation or government regulations, Stayhot is exempt from liability to the customer.
