Membership Terms

This membership agreement governs Stayhot's membership terms. Member refers to the person who registered with Stayhot. Our regulations apply to all your current and future purchases at Stayhot. This agreement is valid until further notice and you can cancel your membership at any time. To terminate your membership or change your details, do so under "My Pages".

As a customer, you should take great care of your username and password at Stayhot. Don't leave them to anyone else. Stayhot reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions and to update and supplement your information through other registers with information that is important to provide you with the best possible membership service. This applies primarily to name and address information.

Our customer register is confidential and Stayhot undertakes not to pass on customer information to third parties without the approval of a member.

Security

When registering and ordering, you agree by law that we store and use your information in our business to fulfill our commitment to you. All personal data is handled in accordance with the Swedish Personal Data Act (PUL). You always have the right to see your personal data registered with us.

You always have the right to have the information corrected or deleted by contacting us.

Stayhot uses encrypted data transfer which means that payment and personal data is done through secure pages on the net.

If you are under 18 and want to shop at Stayhot, you need the permission of the goalkeeper. If you have any questions about your membership please contact our customer service.
